1500 Jefferson Conference Center Guidelines and Calendars
The Conference Center at 1500 Jefferson includes the Presentation Room located just off the main lobby on the first floor, with the remaining six (6) rooms located upstairs on the second floor. Reservations are limited to work-related use by 1500 Jefferson on-site staff, and other groups as approved. The operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
To request a room, please submit a completed reservation form to1500mgmt@wrightrunstad.com. Your reservation is not confirmed until a meeting request is received from Property Management. Reservation forms should be submitted at least two business days before a proposed meeting/event. A room may be placed on “HOLD” for up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, the room will be made available for other reservations.

The chart reflects the maximum number of occupants, based on the style of room set-up. Please schedule the smallest appropriate room for your meeting.
